So glad that I purchased this book! My boyfriend and I have only read the first few pages of the book and looked at one of the exercises but we loved it. The intro to the book described some of our communication mishaps to the T. So that only intrigued us more. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase and look forward to getting started with this workbook and improving our relationship because we know that we love each other immensely, but the way we go about communicating to one another needs to be altered and I am sure that we will find our answers by following through with this workbook. The best of luck to anyone who decides to purchase this book as well. But keep one thing in mind...we are all HUMAN and humans make mistakes. There will be times where we take two steps forward and then two steps back (just like Paula Abdul stated in her song "Straight Up" in the 80's Lol!) But in the end you believe in one another and continue to work together. Overall, STAY POSITIVE AND OPEN-MINDED!! GOOD LUCK! :)Product details
